2009 LS9 ENGINE- Actual Photos!
TO ASSIST THE EFFORTS OF GM TO LAUNCH THIS INCREDIBLE CAR AS THEY WISH, WE HONORED THEIR REQUEST TO REMOVE THEM UNTIL PROPER SUCH TIME THAT ALL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE ON THE FUTURE SUPER CAR, PLEASE STAY TUNED EVS WILL BRING YOU THE CORRECT AND COMPLETE DATA WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT!
This thing is coming full circle and fast. We brought you the VERY FIRST cad drawings of this engine a long time ago. Thanks to a very cool enthusiastic fan, can’t thank-him and many enough for thier efforts. It has allowed us to keep you all involved with what is happening today and tomorrow with Corvette.
Now we are happy to be sharing these recent posted photos of the actual LS9 engine and yes for those that doubted us for years, she is a 6.2L…either GM is going nuts, because they tried so hard to keep this story under lock until Januray, or they are laughing, because they needed a story until January….You’ll notice the use of Blue, smart! Might as well use the code name color (blue devil) in the marketing - it works!

Interesting they chose to use a Pro-charger style blower instead of a roots style like I initially thought it was going to be.

Conti:
I am betting those Jetstream blue panels are color coordinated with car’s exterior color. After all, if you’ve got a polycarbonite window that shows the engine, it would make sense to dress it up a bit.
